Two Friends, One Counter, A Whole Lot of Flavor
Rick And John's started in 2026 as a tiny downtown counter with a single flat-top and a big idea: comfort food worth crossing town for.

From a Corner Griddle to a City Favorite
Rick and John met working the line at a downtown diner. They shared a stubborn belief that a burger should taste like someone cared about it. In 2026 they pooled their savings and opened a narrow counter with eight stools.
Word got out fast. The line stretched down the block, the stone pizza oven went in, the fryers came next, and the rest is neighborhood history. Today we serve thousands of guests a week across multiple locations — and we still press every patty by hand.
We're proud to be the place where first dates, game-day crews, and Friday-night families all end up at the same counter.
The Things We Refuse to Cut Corners On
Made From Scratch
We press patties, bake dough, and breed flavor in-house every single day. Nothing frozen, nothing phoned in.
Treat Everyone Like a Regular
First visit or five-hundredth, you get the same warm welcome and the same generous plate.
Rooted Downtown
We source locally where we can and pour back into the neighborhood that built us.
